influence.tools invited the public to "Read the operating wiki" at wiki.influence.tools, which has no public A record (checked against 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8). The wiki is LAN-only by design and should stay that way.

This changes the href and the link text only — the pillar's wording is untouched. The link now goes to the public provenance record in Influence-Tools/Ministry, which is anonymously readable and states which internal-wiki revision each governance document copies, with per-file SHA-256s.

Found by AGENT-012 verifying the launch from an edge-IP vantage rather than the LAN resolver. Local npm run build passes and dist/index.html no longer contains the unreachable host.

An outsider following the page's own invitation got nothing, because the operating wiki is LAN-only by
design and should stay that way. The pillar's claim is unchanged; the link now goes to the public
provenance record in Influence-Tools/Ministry, which is readable anonymously and says which revision of
the internal wiki each governance document copies, with per-file SHA-256s.

Found by AGENT-012 verifying the launch from an edge-IP vantage (bypassing the LAN resolver), 2026-09-18.
