Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot ->
per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Title 52 untouched.
LegalText: 171 -> 11,221. Titles 12-54 await a clean OLRC retry.

+Codification Section, act Aug. 2, 1946, ch. 753, title I, § 134(b), 60 Stat. 832, related to reports of committees and subcommittees of the Senate and House of Representatives on employed personnel. See section 72c of this title and the Standing Rules of the Senate. Section 2(a) of Senate Resolution No. 274, Ninety-sixth Congress, Nov. 14, 1979, provided in part that this section, insofar as it relates to the Senate, is repealed.
