Legal corpus: U.S. Code titles 1–11 from pinned OLRC XML (11,050 sections)

Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via
Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot ->
per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Title 52 untouched.
LegalText: 171 -> 11,221. Titles 12-54 await a clean OLRC retry.

## Text

(Pub. L. 87730, § 103, Oct. 2, 1962, 76 Stat. 693; Pub. L. 104186, title II, § 204(14), Aug. 20, 1996, 110 Stat. 1732.)
## Notes
Editorial Notes
Codification Section was formerly classified to section 741 of this title prior to editorial reclassification and renumbering as this section. Section is based on House Resolution No. 487, Eighty-seventh Congress, Jan. 10, 1962, which was enacted into permanent law by Pub. L. 87730.
Amendments1996—Pub. L. 104186 substituted “applicable accounts of the House of Representatives” for “contingent fund of the House”.
