Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via
Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot ->
per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Title 52 untouched.
LegalText: 171 -> 11,221. Titles 12-54 await a clean OLRC retry.

# 7 U.S.C. § 1736g–3 - Use of certain local currency
## Text
Local currency payments received by the United States pursuant to agreements entered into under subchapter II (as in effect on November 27, 1990) may be utilized by the Secretary in accordance with section 1708 of this title (as in effect on November 27, 1990).
