Legal corpus: U.S. Code titles 1–11 from pinned OLRC XML (11,050 sections)
Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. # 10 U.S.C. § 1169 - Regular enlisted members: limitations on discharge
|
||||
|
||||
## Text
|
||||
|
||||
No regular enlisted member of an armed force may be discharged before his term of service expires, except—
|
||||
|
||||
(1) as prescribed by the Secretary concerned;
|
||||
|
||||
(2) by sentence of a general or special court martial; or
|
||||
|
||||
(3) as otherwise provided by law.
|
||||
