# Virginia SB 1158 (2025) — Eminent domain; condemnation proceedings.
Eminent domain; condemnation proceedings. Makes various changes to provisions governing eminent domain, primarily relating to procedures in condemnation proceedings and the transfer of a defeasible title by certificate.
