Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 16 U.S.C. § 410uu3 - Studies
## Text
(a) Areas added by this subchapter The Secretary shall conduct archeological studies of the areas added to the park by section 410uu1(a) of this title and adjacent areas to ensure that the boundaries of those areas encompass the lands that are needed to provide adequate protection of the significant archeological resources of those areas.
(b) Other areas The Secretary shall conduct archeological studies of the areas described as the “Spruce Hill Works”, the “Harness Group”, and the “Cedar Bank Works”, and may conduct archeological studies of other areas significant to Hopewellian culture, to evaluate the desirability of adding them to the park, and shall report to Congress on any such areas that are recommended for addition to the park.
