Legal corpus: the complete U.S. Code (59,740 sections, all 53 titles)

Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 16 U.S.C. § 430f9 - Land acquisition
## Text
(a) In general The Secretary may acquire land and interests in land within the boundary of the Park described in section 430f8(b) of this title, by—
(1) donation;
(2) purchase with donated or appropriated funds; or
(3) exchange.
(b) Exception Land may be acquired only by donation from—
(1) the State of Mississippi (including a political subdivision of the State);
(2) the State of Tennessee (including a political subdivision of the State); or
(3) the organization known as “Friends of the Siege and Battle of Corinth”.
