Legal corpus: the complete U.S. Code (59,740 sections, all 53 titles)

Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 16 U.S.C. § 460y - Establishment; boundaries
## Text
The Secretary of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the “Secretary”) is hereby authorized and directed, after compliance with sections 460y2 and 460y3 of this title, to establish, within the boundaries described in section 460y8 of this title, the King Range National Conservation Area in the State of California (hereinafter referred to as the “Area”), and to consolidate and manage the public lands in the area with the purpose of conserving and developing, for the use and benefit of the people of the United States, the lands and other resources therein under a program of multiple usage and of sustained yield.
