Legal corpus: the complete U.S. Code (59,740 sections, all 53 titles)

Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

Codification Section, Pub. L. 94158, § 8, Dec. 20, 1975, 89 Stat. 846, which required the Federal Council on the Arts and Humanities to report annually to Congress on claims actually paid and pending claims against the Council under this chapter and the aggregate face value of contracts made by the Council which are outstanding, terminated, effective May 15, 2000, pursuant to section 3003 of Pub. L. 10466, as amended, set out as a note under section 1113 of Title 31, Money and Finance. See, also, page 167 of House Document No. 1037.
