+# 52 U.S.C. § 21024 - Authorization of appropriations
+
+## Text
+
+(a) In general There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this subpart the following amounts:
+
+(1) For fiscal year 2003, $50,000,000.
+
+(2) For fiscal year 2004, $25,000,000.
+
+(3) For fiscal year 2005, $25,000,000.
+
+(b) Availability Any amounts appropriated pursuant to the authority of subsection (a) shall remain available without fiscal year limitation until expended.
