# Oregon SB 834 (2025R1) — Relating to facilities that provide mental health treatment.
Prohibits state hospitals from providing inpatient services to individuals who are under 18 years of age. Modifies the description of when a qualifying mental disorder is resistant to treatment for purposes of involuntary civil commitment of an extremely dangerous person.
