Codification Section, Pub. L. 88–590, § 7, as added Pub. L. 92–154, § 1(d), Nov. 12, 1971, 85 Stat. 421, authorized the Secretary to conduct a study of proposed road alinements within and adjacent to the park and to submit a report on the findings and conclusions of the study to the Congress within two years of Nov. 12, 1971.
