Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–207, § 6, Dec. 18, 1971, 85 Stat. 740, authorized the Secretary to conduct a study of proposed road alinements within and adjacent to the park and to submit a report on the findings and conclusions of the study to the Congress within two years of Dec. 18, 1971.
