# 16 U.S.C. § 8213 - Prohibition against implementation of regulatory authority by Federal agencies through partnerships

## Text

Any Partnership designated under this chapter—

(1) shall be for the sole purpose of promoting fish conservation; and

(2) shall not be used to implement any regulatory authority of any Federal agency.
