Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–335, § 1(a)–(e), June 10, 1968, 82 Stat. 174; Pub. L. 93–286, May 21, 1974, 88 Stat. 142, which related to the Spokane Indian Reservation and consolidations of land, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
