Codification Section, act Aug. 9, 1946, ch. 933, § 7, 60 Stat. 969; Pub. L. 91–627, § 1, Dec. 31, 1970, 84 Stat. 1874, which related to divestment of inheritance of non-members, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
