Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–586, § 1, Oct. 27, 1972, 86 Stat. 1295; Pub. L. 98–605, § 5, Oct. 30, 1984, 98 Stat. 3168, which related to disposition of the judgment fund of the Osage Tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
