Editorial Notes

Codification Section, Pub. L. 101–484, § 6, Oct. 31, 1990, 104 Stat. 1168, which provided for governance of the tribe by an Interim Council until a constitution would be adopted and tribal officials would be elected, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
