Codification Section, acts Jan. 27, 1905, ch. 277, § 2, 33 Stat. 616; May 14, 1906, ch. 2458, § 2, 34 Stat. 192, which related to establishment of Board of Road Commissioners and its composition, was omitted in view of admission of Alaska into the Union.
