Codification Section, act July 9, 1952, ch. 608, pt. II, § 263, as added Aug. 9, 1955, ch. 665, § 2(i), 69 Stat. 602, which provided for release from active duty in Armed Forces prior to serving periods for which inducted or enlisted, expired by its own terms on July 1, 1957.
