# Colorado SB 20-167 (2020A) — Electric Motor Vehicle Manufacturer And Dealer

Preexisting law prohibits, with certain exceptions, a motor vehicle manufacturer from owning, operating, or controlling any motor vehicle dealer or used motor vehicle dealer in Colorado.
