# Illinois SB 259 (102nd) — IMDMA-CHILDREN-RELOCATION

Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Allows a court to order the relocation of a child on a temporary basis before the entry of a final allocation judgment if it is in the best interests of the child.
