# Illinois SB 337 (102nd) — COURTS-SECURITY OFFICERS

Amends the Supreme Court Act. Provides that the office of marshal for the Supreme Court may also employ court security officers. Authorizes a court security officer to arrest in the same manner as authorized by similarly certified officers of a county sheriff.
