# Illinois HB 4121 (94th) — CRIM CD-FALSE PERSONATION

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 relating to false personation. Provides that it is unlawful for a person to falsely represent himself or herself as a Purple Heart recipient or to wear a Purple Heart medal that was not awarded to that person by the United States government.
