# Illinois SB 102 (94th) — CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES-DIETARY

Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Provides that it is a Class A misdemeanor for any manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or other person to sell, transfer, or otherwise furnish, to a person under 18 years of age, a dietary supplement containing an ephedrine group alkaloid or a dietary supplement containing androstanediol, androstanedione, androstenedione, norandrostenediol, dehydroepiandrosterone, or dehydroepiandrosterone.
