Provides that the Department of Human Services shall submit an application to the United States Department of Justice for a drug diversion grant to fund a pilot project to study a real-time electronic monitoring system for Schedules II, III, IV, and V controlled substances. Repeals provisions establishing the Schedule II controlled substance prescription monitoring program. Makes other changes. Effective January 1, 2008."

# Illinois SB 30 (95th) — CONTROLLED SUBST-MONITORING

Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act.
