# Illinois HB 1307 (96th) — FIRE MARSHAL-AMBULANCE GRANT

Amends The State Fire Marshal Act. Requires the office of the State Fire Marshall to establish and administer a Small Fire-fighting and Ambulance Service Equipment Grant Program (now, there is only a Small Fire-fighting Equipment Grant Program). Provides that "small fire-fighting and ambulance equipment" includes, among other things, defibrillators and communications equipment, including, but not limited to pagers and radios.
