Provides that any and all enforcement authority granted to the Commission under specified provisions shall apply exclusively to 9-1-1 system providers granted a Certificate of Service Authority. Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 74 (96th) — EMERGENCY SYS PROVIDERS-CERT
