# Illinois HB 3115 (97th) — SCH CD-TEXTBOOK BLOCK GRANTS

Amends the School Code. Subject to appropriation, authorizes the State Board of Education to provide annual funding to public school districts and State-recognized, non-public schools serving students in grades kindergarten through 12 for the purchase of secular textbooks.
