# Illinois HB 4563 (97th) — HEALTH FACILITY-ID/DD CARE

Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that no facility licensed under the ID/DD Community Care Act shall be subject to the provisions of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act.
