# Illinois SB 2584 (99th) — PEN CD-CHGO TCHR-RETRO BENEFIT

Amends the Chicago Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that, for a person who first becomes a member after the effective date, the service retirement pension shall not commence more than one year prior to the date of the Fund's receipt of an application for the benefit.
