Codification Section 61a was editorially reclassified as section 6531 of this title. Section 6531 of this title was subsequently repealed by Pub. L. 116–94, div. E, title II, § 212(a)(3)(H), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 2776.

Prior ProvisionsA prior section 61a, act Aug. 5, 1955, ch. 568, § 1, 69 Stat. 499, prescribed gross annual compensation of Secretary of Senate.
