# 2 U.S.C. § 5326 - “Member of the House” defined

## Text

As used in section 5324 of this title the phrase “Member of the House” shall mean a Representative, Representative-elect, Delegate, Delegate-elect, Resident Commissioner, or Resident Commissioner-elect.
