L. 99–198, title X, § 1005, 99 Stat. 1448, and amended, which related to payments in commodities, was renumbered section 115 of act Oct. 31, 1949, by Pub. L. 101–624, title XI, § 1161(a)(1), Nov. 28, 1990, 104 Stat. 3520, and transferred to section 1445k of this title.
