(June 5, 1942, ch. 341, § 2, 56 Stat. 317; June 25, 1948, ch. 646, § 39, 62 Stat. 992.) ## Notes Editorial Notes Amendments1948—Act June 25, 1948, struck out first sentence relating to inclusion of park in a judicial district. See section 97 of Title 28, Judiciary and Judicial Procedure, and section 3231 of Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedure.
