# 16 U.S.C. § 8211 - Nonapplicability of Federal Advisory Committee Act

## Text

Chapter 10 of title 5 (commonly known as the “Federal Advisory Committee Act”), shall not apply to—

(1) the Board; or

(2) any Partnership.
