# 20 U.S.C. § 80s–3 - Authorization of appropriations

## Text

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—

(1) $500,000 for fiscal year 2010; and

(2) such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2014.
