Codification Section, which limited use of counterpart funds with respect to payment of debts of foreign countries, was enacted as a part of section 105 of the Mutual Security Appropriation Act, 1958, Pub. L. 85–279, § 105, Sept. 3, 1957, 71 Stat. 603, and was not repeated in subsequent appropriation acts.
