L. 94–329, title IV, § 411, June 30, 1976, 90 Stat. 760, required annual reports respecting the Republic of Korea’s armed forces modernization and self-sufficiency program, the role of the United States in the security of the Republic of Korea, and prospects for a withdrawal of United States forces from the country.
