# 22 U.S.C. § 277d–46 - Authorization of appropriations

## Text

There is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 277d–43 to 277d–46 of this title. Such sums shall remain available until expended.

Amendments2004—Pub. L. 108–425 substituted “such sums as may be necessary” for “a total of $156,000,000 for fiscal years 2001 through 2005”.
