Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–244, § 1, Mar. 9, 1972, 86 Stat. 56, which provided for per capita distributions to enrolled tribal members born on or prior to and living on Mar. 9, 1972, from funds appropriated for a certain judgment, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
