Codification Section, Pub. L. 103–454, title II, § 203, Nov. 2, 1994, 108 Stat. 4792, which reaffirmed the status of the Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes as a federally recognized Indian tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
