Editorial Notes

Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–468, § 2, Oct. 6, 1972, 86 Stat. 782, which provided for the withholding of a portion of the judgment funds for expert witnesses or other programing needs in certain claims, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
