Codification Section, Pub. L. 100–580, § 1, Oct. 31, 1988, 102 Stat. 2924, which provided that this subchapter could be cited as the “Hoopa-Yurok Settlement Act” and set out definitions, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
