Codification Section, Pub. L. 103–323, § 9, as added Pub. L. 103–435, § 20(2), Nov. 2, 1994, 108 Stat. 4574; amended Pub. L. 104–109, § 1, Feb. 12, 1996, 110 Stat. 763, which required submission of a list of members of the band as of Sept. 21, 1994, to the Secretary of the Interior not later than 120 days after such date, and submission of a membership roll to the Secretary not later than 18 months after such date, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
