Editorial Notes

Codification Section, Pub. L. 106–568, title XIV, § 1407, Dec. 27, 2000, 114 Stat. 2941, which provided for governance of the tribe by an Interim Tribal Council until ratification of a final tribal constitution, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
