Codification Section, act Aug. 7, 1939, ch. 552, § 2, 53 Stat. 1253; Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 732, § 12, 68 Stat. 721, which related to limitations on expenditure of remainder of fund, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
