Editorial Notes

Codification Section, act Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 732, § 10, 68 Stat. 721, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to transfer to the tribe or to a public or nonprofit body any federally owned property deemed necessary for Indian use, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
