Codification Section, act Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 732, § 22, 68 Stat. 723, which provided that nothing in this subchapter would abrogate any valid lease, permit, license, right-of-way, lien, or other contract approved before Aug. 13, 1954, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
